1.

Use at your own risk

We are a group of hardworking and respectful people who are committed to helping each other travel. We offer our properties with the expectation that there will be no issues. As with any campsite, please conduct a risk assessment upon arrival and ensure that you have current caravan insurance. Property owners are not liable for any damage or inconvenience you may suffer while on the property.

2.

Power & water

Power and water will be listed on each property if available. However, please use your own resources as much as possible to reduce the cost for all members of our community. We encourage all members to use their own solar power and arrive with full water tanks. Let's take care of each other!

3.

Waste and grey water

Local councils offer dump points. We will be adding these locations to our app in future updates. Please remove all waste and leave the site clean and tidy. Grey water should be collected unless directed otherwise by the owner.

4.

Stay in designated areas

Our community thrives on respect and care for each other's property. Please stay in the designated areas, keep clear of gardens, and remember that wet grass areas can be easily damaged. At all times, you should observe the rules for the property and leave the property as you found it. Contact the owner with any concerns.

5.

Children

We encourage all hosts to allow children to stay, but we understand that some properties may not be suitable. It is completely up to the host. Ensure that children are kept to the designated areas and are under your supervision at all times. Children should not be left unattended in the caravan or anywhere else on the host's property.

6.

Pets

We encourage all hosts to allow pets to stay, but we understand that some properties may not be suitable. If you are lucky enough to have pets, please clean up after them and keep them on a leash at all times. Do not leave pets unattended for long periods of time. Nobody enjoys a barking dog.

7.

Neighbour consideration

For LandaVan to succeed, we need to be mindful of our neighbors and the communities we are entering. We are privileged to have access to each property and need to be focused on minimal disturbance. Be considerate of your neighbors by setting up by 6pm. However, we understand that this is not always possible. Please leave quietly and at a reasonable time after 6am.

8.

Violations of community rules

Community rules are important for all members to feel confident that their property is being looked after. We have a three-strike policy at LandaVan. Please contact the owner if you have any problems staying within community rules.
